Swing arm question

I've finished putting my swing arm back on, now what is the procedure to know how tight the 2 bolts go it? The one with the standard bolt head went all the way but the one with the Allen head on it doesn't.... and of course I can't remember how it was sitting when I removed it! :icon_rolleyes::whistlin:

Torque left side first...I think it's 79 ft/lbs. Then, torque right side pivot bolt to 2.2 ft/lbs I believe. Then, right side pivot nut to 79 ft/lbs.
