I've had one of those for 3 or 4 years now. Rarely put in the liner, even in January riding here in Nebraska. I really like it. The striping is reflective and really stands out at night.

I ride with one of those. During the summer, I have yet to put the outer shell on. I've never used the "Winter" liner, it gets too warm. I've been sub zero a couple of times and in the teens several times with the jacket and its comfortable. When mine runs out, I'll definitely be getting another one. unk:
