Looking to get some more clearance under the Vmax. Anyone have any experience with the USD Fork Extensions like Cycle One Off has? My concern is just how strong this mod really is.

Thanks,
Marcus

I think vmaxrider , Jim Rogers , the new VMOA Prez has 'em .

By the way , congratulations on the dyno tests in Fla.

Thanks, hope next year we can get some more vmax's there. There were only three, mine and 2 Gen II's....

Cycle one off sells them. They are in NY.
billet bike bits sells them. They are in the uk. Theirs are pretty thick.

Tried e-mailing billet bike bits and haven?t heard back as of yet.... like the looks of theirs.

Just concerned how strong the forks will be by pushing them down further in the lower tree and how the fit is on the top of forks into the extensions.

I have 2" extensions from Cycle One Off with my R1 USD forks. I have about 10, 000 miles riding time and very pleased with the results. I also have the Progressive heavy front fork springs. Good front fender clearance, decent lean angle while on the side stand, great handling riding the twisties in the Ozarks.

Not sure what kind of effect they have on strength.
The billet bike bits extensions fit great. Very snug
I'm sure the COO ones do as well.

Both shops are a one man show. Sometimes you get a quick response, sometimes it will take a day or two, or three. I have no complaints with the service I got from BBB. Roy answered all my questions and delivered the parts in less time than promised

Thanks for all the info and pics, both look good. What the best way to get in contact w/ them e-mail or phone?

I only used email when talking with BBB. Roy answered all questions. Most responses were within 24 hrs. There was one or two times that took a couple days.

COO was the same with email. I talked with Tom on the phone as well. I find that he doesn't answer the phone very often but if you leave a message he will call back.
