vboost during carb sync

im attempting my first carb sync on the vmax .Does the vboost need to be disconnected or closed ,and how do i tell if it is?thanks in advance billy

Vboost does not start opening untill 6 K so you dont have to disconect it. Just warm the engine up & sync away.

close vboost if you have it while syncing, makes life easy.

what they are saying is if you have it wired open it would need to be closed, if stock then go right ahead. if removed well gonna need a different tool then the carb tune. Weber makes one that you hold ontop of the carb, works great.

do you have a stg 7 with filter pods or just a stock set up?

just stock setup on mine .wow what a difference in vibration as well as all out acceleration!!!!
