best and cheapest place to buy tires

wheres the cheapest place to buy tires?
I want a Dunlop F20 110/90V18 (front) I usually get them for 82.00 plus approx. 15. for shipping.....I know theres got to be a cheaper place....just havent found it.
Is this a good tire for the front or should I go with a cheaper one?
No twisties on my bike....lotta hard throttle on the straight aways tho.....lol
