Tks Kyle, I knew there was a lot more to this story than written at first. It's a weird but structured world, not understood by the majority of people. Don't pass them disrespectfully, talk to them unless they talk to you first, don't ever take their picture. Don't stare at them for long. Avoidance is the best policy.

Yeah I been following this pretty close there is a lot of stuff Waco PD is trying to cover up but its getting out. I can see a whole lot of lawsuits out of this.
