I like this idea. In the summer, there is a FUCKTON of construction goin on usually, which means there is a decent chance at least once, you might be sitting there waiting for your turn to move. This would also be a good thing in stop n' go traffic in the city, where you have eleventy billion lights, all timed to cause maximum traffic jams.
