Front brake master cylinder diameter.

Hey guys just wanted yo ask if anyone knew what the diameter of the stock brake master cylinder is?
I have R1 calipers off an 02 and thinking about putting nissin remote res on just want to work out stock diameter I know R1 is 14mm.

Stock should be 5/8".

Stick with the 14 mm diameter M/C which is (IMHO) a better match for the Blue Spots than the Max item.

You'll want to stick with 14mm. 16mm will feel hard and lack "feel". Changing calipers with out using the appropriate sized masters, can end up worse than stock.

I have the R1's with Nissin's and like them quite a bit. You'll want to also use HH rated pads. The pads do also make a big difference.

So do you have 14 mm nissins master cylinder?
