Handle Bar Clamp Bolt Caps

Do the handle bar clamp bolt caps remove easy? or will they be destroyed in the process of removal? I have a new billet one on the way I'm going to replace. Any Idea where they might be purchased if they do need to be replaced?

Ive never had any issues with them. A finger nail or small screw driver will work too. Just beware they will fly across the room so have your hand ready.
