I'm installing new led turn signals and have seen the restistors to install inline but just came across a led flasher? has anyone tried running this flasher CF13JL02? thanks

Flasher is not so much the problem
Problem is with the idiot light in the gauge cluster that tells you the turn signals are on. Power feeds thru that circuit to both sides and you will have left and right signals going crazy.

Three options.
1. remove the bulb from the gauge cluster
2. install resistors. This will fix the 4 signals flashing at the same time issue and it will fix the flash rate issue.
3. Mod the wiring that feeds the bulb socket in the gauge cluster by installing a couple diodes and grounding one leg. The LED's will still flash quicker than OEM signals though since there is a minimal load on the relay. You can leave them going fast or install a different ELFR to slow down the flash rate.

See this for more detail on diode install
