The FBI decided she wouldn't be charged, up to that point. The investigation is on going. Comey said she broke the law, again and again. Listen to his press conference. He didn't persue it because he basically said she was a moron, but ment no harm. When he said "Although there is evidence, No reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case" blew his credibility out of the water. That opinion might change in a few days. In Comeys press conference, he said there was no evidence of hacking of her private server. That's different now. They were hacked by Russia, china and Israel.
The birth certificate was proven a fake already, by the good Sheriff.

My real motive for asking, is I'm trying to get some kind of bearing on when an individual is actually held accountable for breaking the law. All I keep hearing is "nothing to see here".

And it still amazes me that instead of worrying about Trumps ties to Russia,his failure to disclose tax information, his close business ties to countries that compromise his integrity and the rest of his indiscretions, that you choose to worry about an outgoing president and a defeated candidate.

Trump didn't break the law. I'd still like you to answer the questions. There pretty much yes or no. Your a pretty good tap dancer. Unless there's some kind of criminal activity, whats the relevance of seeing someones taxes? never understood that. Maybe promote a little class envy. Sure, If they break the law prosecute them. By all means gather all the evidence and prosecute them. By the same standard be prepared to answer the same questions about Trump.

You have judged Obama by a debt clock problem that he inherited from the Republican President and Republican congress that preceded him.You should probably go buy a new computer made with your oil product and make sure that you get the best graphics card available so you can watch the debt clock spin out of control under Trump. Thank you, that"s all I ever wanted to hear. We really need to get past politics. No ones above the law. If it has to be them against us, it should be on philosophys, We are supposed to be equal under the law.

We are supposed to be equal under the law unfortunately it doesn't always work that way. I think being able to disagree on politics makes this country great. There are plenty of people on both side who should prob be in jail.
