Interesting article on RT about this. One comment stated that the deceased and also FPS's business partner was the one with the license required to possess or own the ridiculous weapons he has. His revenue stream from 4mil youtube subscribers must be staggering for him to be able to put on the show that he does.

The ATF agents i talked to said you can't use that type (size) explosive in commercial revenue with proper licensing which they did not I posses.
