do we have any US immigration lawyers here,or people who have been through the process? My brother is on a H2A agricultural visa,my parents are both US citizens. He is married and they have filed a 130 form on his behalf in order to obtain permanent residence.
My mom has cancer, they gave her 4 years. They are only now processing 2002 i130 applicants.
My (not so stellar lawyer) told me he could stay as long as my parents have filed the 130 petition. Is this true?
His visa expires in December.

Also-a shot in the dark. Two former SA army farmboys(one my brother) are looking for farm labour jobs in GA.They are currently working 18 hour days,no worries they can work 36 hour days.Theyre both experienced and legal. Both may extend their visas for another 3 years,6 months at a time.Basically youre getting a responsible english speaking white lad who works harder, legally and more responsible than an illegal mexican...
Help please
Philip
