super/turbo charging the Max

I was going to ask if anyone here ever super/turbo charged their bike, decided to do a web search first, found this website, thought I'd share it...

Did some trans work on a 1428 chaindrive vmax eariler this year. Ran well but still not as strong to me as a big NA motor would be. Was pretty cool sounding when the blower spooled up though.

He was getting about 50 miles to the tank and with our overdrive was getting double that.

This guy is really good with turbos also.. when i had a job i was planning a twin turbo with intercooler,,, needless to say it never happened.
He mostly deals with Busa s , but he told me he would build a ground up setup using the stock vmax carbsunk:

I've been playing with a turbo setup that MadMax made quite a few years ago. You can find a thread on it here: http://www.vmaxforum.net/showthread.php?t=5785&highlight=drag+bike+project

It has been fun and challenging and I have learned a lot.... but I still am not where close to knowing as much as quite a few guys around here. Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll try and help out where I can. Right now, the bike is making around 160hp at 8000 rpm (my igntion was cutting out) so I couldn't see what it would have made around 9-9500rpm, but here is a lint to my dyno sheet: http://www.vmaxforum.net/showthread.php?t=9525&highlight=turbo+dyno
