What size PVC to put the fork seals back in?

I used the old fork seals to drive the new ones down, lightly tapping the seal from all sides with a flat center punch. They sit high enough after you seat the new ones to pull out with your fingers. Make sure the print side of the seal is up and rub inside and out with new fork oil before seating them.
