wont shift, no movement on cam

my 98 max, running an undercut trans h.d. clutch etc. came out of gear the other day when I rolled off throttle over bumps (my fault was wearing steel caps so had shifter loaded) . The bike locked itself out of gear think its a faulse N possibly between 2nd and 3rd, have removed clutch side cover, clutch and looked in while trying to shift into gear and there is no movement on the shift cam?segments seem in place. What have I broken this time any ideas?

Make sure to rock the bike back and forth when you are trying to shift it. There are no syncronizers so they won't shift without doing that.

Finally stripped it! Only took 13 months!
Found damaged shift forks etc.
5 th gear has drive dogs ripped off
I was not in 5th or going to 5th when it went!
Think damaged forks have a lot to do with this?
Oh well, time to contact Sean & buy new gears!
