I should have my motor together and ready to fire up in the next few weeks. Starting to think about the carbs.

To start with flatslide are completely out of the question.

I've got a come up with a combo that'll work with this motor utilizing the stock carbs.

It's already set up as sort of a hybrid stage 7 at this time, using the individual K&N filters but a lot leaner than dynojet recommends.

The motor is a stroked and bored 1539cc, 13:1 CR, ported heads with the .380 cams.
I'll probably set the rev limiter to 8500-8700rpm

Anyone have any suggestions as far as Mains, PJ1, PJ2 and clip position for the needles on the Mikunis?

Thanks,

Rusty

Start with the combo you have been using but maybe go 2 sizes larger on the main just to be "safe"
