I sold him my 95 VMAX It was not the best scenario in the world. The way the test ride went. He is now a member of this forum and is rebuilding the MAX he says it is not as bad as I initially thought.
He is a true blue VMAXER and did earn this award...I was there and helped pick up the pieces.

I'm torn. So I'm voting for both. Yes the "DOH" award is fitting. But a "Purple Heart" is deserving.

I will say yes, I got a purple heart for dropping my bike in the first two weeks of having it. Hell I dident eve bleed, just got a bit stiff.

Ya gotta love a guy who takes the ribbing and goes forward w/his plans to fix his ride. Many would bail on the deal if they could. I want to see his efforts w/this bike chronicled.

Recalling one of the ads from my youth, I would consider calling this bike "Eveready" after the battery, because it sure does appear to have "nine lives!"
