the end cap on the throttle side fell off today somewhere, its long gone. what are some suggestions for bar ends? dont necessarily need to be weighted. Ive been looking online, and dont know what fits the max.

I have these on my Max, not to bad from China. You can use them up or down, I chose the down position. they have good vision too.

You have drmotorsports.us and python motors if you like billet stuff 20 to 30 bucks .
I have the same ones and also have lead buckshot in my bars. Been doing that for many years to lessen vibration.
They are cheap and work great. Available in colors but I always got the black ones. Used on both my Maxes. Installation just requires tightening a screw to expand the rubber insert.
