I didn't know that my Drag bars were low enough to let the throttle cables hit the faux tank at full right turn before the factory stop limits the handle bar travel, left side switch housing also hit. So here's the fix. 1/4-20 stainless allen set screws and loctite, an adjustable remedy for that pesky tank slap!:punk:

Yea, we've done that before but I prefer to warn my customers and sell them the superbike bar instead. This way they have the full turning radius for getting around those pesky parking lots.
 
Another option is to simply get a bar riser clamp to raise it up a bit.
 
I'm running I think it was a 33in bar and I have no clearance issues.

That way the detent is more prone to break. It would be better to get a clip fitted on the half moon frame detent... The risers though would be the best option no doubt.
 
Looks good,what tach is that?

It's the Autometer Pro-Cycle monster tach. I got the set up from Tom at Cycle one off. I ordered the tach with mounting bracket to run the stock speedo.:rocket bike:
