good container for under rear seat?

Im trying to find a container that fits under the rear seat that will hold my wallet and phone and is water proof. Any ideas? Thanks

i keep my registration in a ziplock inside the faux tank cover, I use duct tape to paste the baggie to the sheet metal.

I carry my Registration and insurance in my wallet. If I encounter inclement weather I slip it into my jacket into a ziplock bag. Freezer bags are generally heavier duty plastic so would hold up better for the long haul.

Ziplock also under false tank, on top of air cleaner.. I used to love my small storage my Virago had behind the grab bar, it could be locked also..

Diving and spearfishing supplies have small watertight boxes for valuables... Go take a look.

Otterbox and others make nice small watertight boxes. I would verify the dimensions but it should be able to fit in the tool kit slot underneath the rear pad.
