Just installed a new Odyssey PC680 last month in my 06; for about the same price. My original OEM battery lasted almost 4 yrs to the day before it died.

I was following your thread and found it very intresting, needless to say I have been charging my Odyssey wrong also.

I like both of mine. Dont make the mistake of charging it with a unapproved charger like I did though.

My Ever start charger would peak and go to trickle. Then immediately drop voltage and start charging again. Back and forth very fast. The ever start is fine for lead acid but not AMG. Check the list of approved chargers on the factory site.

The odysseys are to expensive to not charge correctly. My bad but these new batteryminder chargers seem like the ticket.

The local battery warehouses here in Maryland are selling this battery for $120. Easy to just pick up locally these days than to wait.
