Well, since my boost controler has crapped out, and I would rather not fork up the bucks to replace it, I tried jumpering the servo to leave the boost open and gave it a test run.
Ran great above 5 grand as long as the throttle was cranked open. Ran terrible at lower rpms and low cruise speeds, so I jumpered it back closed.
Seems I read mention of someone using a locking bicycle brake lever and cable to control boost valves.
Anyone have any input or ideas about this? Handlebars are sorta crowded for room for another lever. If manual control is feasable, I am invisioning maybe a right side heel operated lever for control.
Regards,
Wayne
