Plug wire grommet to ignition coil

Does anybody have an extra one of these? My pops needs one as one of his plug wires keeps slipping out of the coil. Thanks!

I used a little bit of silicone seal to make those rubber thingys, as mine fell apart years ago. Easily pulled out of the coil, in case the need to change wires arises...
