That's the first I've heard of a GSX 1400. I checked it out and it seems like an interesting bike. Too bad they weren't sold in the US.

I can attest to the big difference from OEM shocks to the Progressive 440's. I'm happy I switched every time I hit a hole in the road or go into a twistie. I believe the 444's are the replacement for the 440's. The best $159 I ever spent on my bike.

The 440's were $159 and came with a voucher for free Progressive fork springs. A special I jumped on. I wish I bought extra that day. A big thanks to Garrett for
pointing it out to us. Used would have been how I'd got them if I had to pay full price.

I have a set of 412's on my 85 and I can tell a difference .. The upgrade is well worth it .

I had 12" Progressives on the CF/Black '98 and it was night and day with the 13 " - 430s . Bumps disappeared and bike stabled up considerably. Much more comfortable as well.
