I have a Harlan shift light on the way and have a quick question. I've got the installation and mounting figured out, but have a question about the actual programing of the light. I know I need to set it to 2 cylinder due to the firing order....in doing that, do I need to cut the RPM turn on...

Just bought the 2005 Vmax, however I have big feet. Seems I really have to angle my foot to change the gears up, was wondering is it adjustable, and if so what is the stock setting? Want to make sure that it's not adjusted already for the previous owner. Thanks, Ron

I have the Harlan shift light and also bought the mount that looks like crap IMO. I see the raptor has a mount that you "clip" the shift light into. I have been looking around to see if I could find something like this for the harlan. Here is a link to the raptor website so you can visualize...

Help me out here. Try as I might, I can only figure out 2 ways to get a smooth, non-"CRRRunk" shift from 1st to 2nd. The ways I can get a nice shift are shifting almost immediately or shifting 6,000 RPM or above. Am I alone?
