I'm going to retire my Progressive 11.5 rear shocks to improve comfort and ground clearance. I'm considering these Works Pro-racer units or similar spec Wilbers or YSS units. Has anybody used them? What feedback can you offer? Any other recommendations?

My owners manual says that a "special" tool in the toolkit is used to adjust the rear shock. My "special tool" is no where to be seen. Can it be raised by using a screwdriver in one of the holes? Paul 02 Vmax

For those not willing to spend mucho bucks on shorter shocks, can look at an alternative method for mere change. Top and bottom are both 1" further apart, giving me a 2" lower rear. Not all that hard to do.
