Hello,
I'm trying to reinstall the stock vboost system after removing an S7 kit; I want to put the bike back to OEM. Not having done this before I'm having a few challenges. My immediate problem is that I don't see an easy way to install the 2 screws that hold the servo/ motor thing in place...
After I took my valve covers off to get chromed I noticed that when I turn the key to on position my vboost servo doesn't go through it check, whirrly noise. It's not working. I've checked all the connection. Any suggestions.

I'm hearing a very loud engine/exhaust sound as i rev through the gears, especially in 1,2,3 ears. It occurs as I'm revving hard, then when the rpms hit a point when vboost kick in, it sounds like I lose the baffle in the muffler, and the moto sounds too loud. I do know what...

Many years ago, I had bought one of Dale Walker's Vboost override switch kits. This was the "original" type Vboost switch which allows opening the Vboost at anytime you desired, or flip back to stock mode. I had removed it when I did the Stage-7 & Tourmaster. Then a few years later, sold that...

Hello all, so I am wondering what controls the V-Boost? I keep noticing the V-Boost retard after 7K when I very slowly open the throttle. Perhaps my stock set up is still spot-on and I am subconscious relaxing the throttle and the RPM reduce. But it still feels like the boost is closing and I...
Since I got my bike back from the shop where it spent a month or so being overhauled, the V-boost kick at 6k rpm is gone.
Everything is hooked proprely and seams to be working OK appart from one thing.
Checking the voltage at the battery, I get a good reading. I start the engine and the...
Being that my Carbs are off the bike I noticed that the v-boost flanges were quite built up with crap, mostly around the rubber seals so I figured I'd pull them off and clean things up. Once I pulled all four I discovered the o-ring's that seal the flanges to the engine were caked in varnish. I...
