I have had a set of nology wires on my vmax and noticed no changes in performance,but i see on ebay they are selling the nology coils to anybody have these. I did notice that i have a coil that is cracked but its still working. JIM 3933

I'm looking to replace plug wires and saw some 8mm Taylor wires on ebay. Anyone have experience with these? Does the forum recommend wires for the max?

Almost stock Vmax, hindle 4-1. Looking to upgrade the wires over the winter. Any suggestions? Or stick with stockers?

I need to clean up my grounds. I know about the battery to frame and to engine. Where are the other grounds I need to clean up? Has anyone done a list or do I just need to go over every inch and find them myself? OK maybe I am being lazy and dont want to look LOL

can anyone tell me what will or might happen if you run Noology wres with a standard NGK resistor plug. Noology states that you have to use a non-resisitor plug, but I have read on some posts where individuals are using standard NGK plugs with resistor. Thx:ummm:

Hi. I'm new here, just bought a 2005 Vmax (#397/2000) but I had a 1986 20 years ago. Always wanted a Vmax again. I took off the "tank" cover. Just by the fuse box there are 2 unused wires with a plug for something. Clearly original installation...Puzzles me... Does anybody know what these wires...

How long do the stock wires last? when its time to replace them? do we repace the boots too? should I stick with the stock 7mm wires or get an 8mm set ? Engine is a stock 03 & has 23k. Thanks for your time.
