Hi Guys,
I start a new thread regarding my Engine ticking noise. This time I'm adding a video so you can easily tell what is the problem with the engine. Your opinion is very important for me. Here is the video posted on you tube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZepNM9qcRA

Few facts:
1. I get this ticking noise always after a few seconds of riding in low gears 1-2
2. I almost never hear the noise on Idle revs
3. When the engine is hot the noise mostly disappears but I can still hear it from time to time
4. When the engine is hot the motor is not working "round" on Idle speed - it can even shut down if I don't keep the gas slightly open
5. The engine starts easily - no problem at all even when very cold
6. I have my valves adjusted 1 year ago (4000 miles ago)
7. My Vmax has 63000 miles on it

Thank you very much guys and have a great week-end.

Exhaust Tight?

Could just be one of those noises that a particular engine makes...:ummm:

+1 on exhaust gaskets or loose. never heard the starter clutch going bad sound, wonder if its that but wrong area i guess where noise coming from. how about something in the top end of the motor? valves etc. how is the compression on all the cylinders?

try giving sean morley a email, he would have a better idea i would think.
