Those are more EU bikes so it could be dificult to find one on ebay.
Maybe ebay.uk?

Seller seems to be good and they run 333 PLN with shipping to me.
They're 3 avaible.
Im not sure how much shipping would be but no less then 40$.

We did use one of them and brackets were fairly simple to make.

They sell the MT03 headlight and also the brackets.
You can find those in ebay.co.uk and ebay.de, if I remember.
