Grip and bar end mirror recommendations

I'm in the market for for some new grips and bar end mirrors.

I'm not a kuryakyn fan.
I'm interested in the Driven D3 grip Sean sells.
Any other ideas on grips?
I like OEM but my left one is toast.

I've had some super cheap bar ends from ebay. They've worked surprisingly well.
I'd like to get something a bit better but not spend the money on Oberon. Although they do look slick.
Any ideas on bar end mirrors?

I had crg arrows on my fz1. Im kicking myself in the ass for not taking them off before i sold because i now want a set for my max. They are a convex mirror. I really like them. They are a little pricey but well worth the money.

You can get them on amazon for around 85$. When i bought mine i found a place online for 75$ but cant remember who it was through.
