Honestly the Vmax is the most fun to ride. I've put more miles on it then any other bike. Its comfortable and power full. I like the super light feeling of the R6 but the Vmax is definitely my favorite.

The Norton I had was a PITA and I ended up selling it for more than I paid for it. I never even got around to investing in whitworth tools before I unloaded it. However, I never regretted owning it one bit.
I Wouldn't mind getting another EArly Suzuki GS again someday.
I could go on and on about feelings/experiences associated with each bike

1965 Honda S-65 rode it 15000 miles
1966 Honda CB160 rode it 25000 miles
1973 Yamaha RD350 rode it 25000 miles
1973 Yamaha TX500 short time ownership only 5,000 miles
1976 Yamaha XS650 rode it 40,000 miles
1974 Kawasaki 100 Enduro* 1000 miles or so by wife & me
1975 Yamaha RD200* 1000 miles or so by wide & me
1977 Yamaha XS400* 4000 miles or so by wife & me
1981 Yamaha Virago 750 ride it 45,000 miles
1985 Yamaha VMax rode it 121,000 miles so far
1965 Honda S-90 rode it about 2,500 miles
2002 Yamaha XV1600 RoadStar rode it 47,000 miles so far

So I make that 16 bikes in 26 years. I'm definately keeping the Max, though out of all of them my favourite is between the R1100GS and the Max. Out of all of them, I wish I hadn't sold the R1100GS or the CB1300SF.
