Not looking good Miles....he called Trump a sniveling coward today.
That's bad, but rather tame compared to some of the juvenile name-calling that has already taken place between candidates on the Republican side (by contrast, the Democratic candidates have been quite civil towards each other)
By "high road", I meant refraining from attacking Trump's wife or children, regardless of what Trump says about his.

What amazes me is that out of a nation of 340 million, there must be countless thousands of experienced and proven politicians - even non-politicians -that would make more viable and credible candidates than the five (actually two) people remaining in the race for POTUS.
How did this come about?

Trumps only saving grace would be if Bernie split and ran independent. Then again if Bernie splits the Republican party will likely throw a second candidate in the ring to pull votes of Trump. The end goal would be a contested vote and Congress would then pick the next president. Since Congress is currently under Republican control it would be a Republican, but not Trump.

Trump has lost a lot of credibility with me. Unification is not going to be smooth now. Cruz can best serve himself by not indulging anymore than he has in name calling. Families have for the most part always been off limits, Donald has changed that. Not a classy move, mister. The Dem's must love this infighting on the other side. The savey Democrats have backed off the 2nd amendment rhetoric. While Trump continues to give the party black eyes. I still don't want Hillary or a hard core socialist in office to spend our future away. I hope you're right Dan-o, the constitution in place is best for all. Who ever thought they had a right to challenge it in the first place.
I'm not sure I get all the outrage AT TRUMP over the latest wifee BS. It was Cruz's superduperdipshitpac that first ran an ad in which they clearly wanted to smear Donald Trumps wife to the world. Trump merely retweeted a simple picture of the two wives in side by side head shot only photos.
Why does everyone seem so mad at Donald Trump for that? Is it OK for the Cruz campaign to smear Mrs. Trump in a very provocative way, but yet NOT OK for Trump to retweet a simple picture comparing both wives' photos? WTF??? No.......seriously.............WTF?

Cause it's open season on the Donald....he's a major threat! Nothing is out of bounds for the liberals, they'll seize anything, twist anything, even make up shit if that suits the purpose.

Exqeeeeeze me, Dan, but isn't it the G.O.P establishment , plus the present and past Rep. candidates, plus the moderate r.w. media (Fox,etc), that are trying to discredit The Donald? (not to mention the foreign press and other governments, etc, etc)
Granted, he has received some bad press for his handling, (and the related violence) of the liberal protesters at his recent speech venues.
The Republican party is divided, and a "house divided is easily conquered" to paraphrase.
And all the while the Dems are sitting back, lapping all this up, with no pressing need to attack the Rep. candidates. They are watching the party destroy itself.
The only chance the G.O.P. has to regain a semblance of respect and credibility is to nominate Cruz (even better,Kasich - but we all know that ain't gonna happen) - but that still won't be enough.
Be prepared to embrace your first female president, Miss Hilary:damn angry: and hope for the best.

If I would have released classified material by accident or not, I would already be in jail. Why are we not talking about that. Clinton is treated above the law because she is a public rep. They should be held to a higher standard. She knows better, and if she doesn't get a major penalty for this then we really do need new reps. Our country is broken and have made no real progress for 7 years. I also think that if Trump gets elected it will be another 4 years of no progress.

Everyone seems to think the "Liberals" and Democrats started all this protesting and brouhaha at Trumpy's "Love Fests". I suggest the protesters were not Sanders OR Clinton supporters - but were hired by the mainstream Republicans to cause trouble and discredit The Donald. Not that he needs any help at that....
