Warped brake rotors: what are my options?

I'm sure my rotors are warped or that they were damaged in a front end mishap before I got the bike. They pulse dramatically. Naturally, I can't deal with this because front brakes are critical.

Local machine shop could probably try to straighten them but I'm not sure it's worth it. They are slotted, which would make me want to try, though.

So what are my options? Can't afford a fancy new front end upgrade on the max just yet, so this eliminates a bunch of options. Do any of you have some old rotors kicking around (that are straight)? I haven't seen any slotted ones go on ebay. Not sure what year those were from....

Well, there are some on eBay but I'm sure I'll have to fight for them. Would rather buy some here.

Looks like the rear rotors should swap with the front right and also the left (but would aesthetically be backwards?). So I probably won't bid on the ebay rear rotor. Need a set.
