Well done!
Love the painted frame, really sets it off...
Hows the offset with your rear wheel and extended swingarm?

That looks like a project paid off. I really like the colored frame with the low profile black. Really nice setup!

The frame is what really sets it off for me. Great work.

How long did it take you to strip it down and put it all back together?

Hi mate

I have only one question regarding engine stripping and painting. I like the final result. Can you let us know how did you strip it and what kind of paint did you use? thank you

I believe I loaned him the block off plates. Then bead blast and a good quality automotive paint will work fine.

By the way, turned out nicely. Send me a couple of the side shots of the complete bike if you get a chance. [email protected]

Congrats, looks amazing! Are your rear turn signals built into your rear fender?

Thanks Sean

I was thinking of epoxy based paint but it seems it doesn't need that. Doesn't the engine heat peel off this regular automotive paint? No problems bead blasting the rubbers and the non metallic parts?

We've not had any paint issues with our process and paint (We use BASF paint and now a new type I can't remember the brand of yet). The paint is over cured about about 180 degrees. Your engine won't get hot enough to cook the paint off except maybe around the exhaust ports.

Bead blast the rubber and aluminum parts is fine.
