What's amazing is that 1950's aviation tech can survive into the 21st century w/upgrades and still be part of our frontline forces! I read about the radar signature of the B-52 compared to the B-2, & the difference is some incredible amount of magnitude less. Here's a site w/some great info:
http://www.aviationexplorer.com/b-2_facts.htm
One ex.:
Two B-2s can complete a bombing raid which previously required 32 F-16s, 16 F-15s, and 27 support aircraft.

And, if you're interested in the physics of radar and stealth, here's a good paper: http://www.scribd.com/doc/2460745/The-Radar-Game-Understanding-Stealth-and-Aircraft-Survivability

Whatever the method of delivery, I surely wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of any ordinance dropped by either one! "Arc-Light!"

hmmm big things at work. not sure i know how to take a picture of some upper mgmt's egos...
