3th wire turn signal lights front

Hi there,

I have a (mayby simple) question.

I noticed lately that the front turn signals do have an other bulb (twin bulb) then the back bulb (single bulb)
Also the front has an extra wire (blue) for powering the twin bulb at the front. But in my 96 bike is this wire at the front not connected.

What is the reason for this twin bulb at the front and not at the back and not connected :ummm:

Park light or running lights up front. Rear is only indicator lights. Front lights should be always on and then.flash brighter when indicator is.on.

green and brown - blinkers
black - ground
blue - running lights (both headlight and blinkers - for non European models)
yellow - hi beam
