Total Cost for all the materials came in at $184 Dollars.
Course that is just the materials, it took me 4 weekends to complete it. Working on it about 4-6 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
If I had to do it over again I would probably go with angle iron for the base and aluminum conduit for the rails to give it more rigidity.
But it works great and I no longer have to mess with that stupid cover anymore.
