There (the Obama regime) so far out of there league. This isn't the typical liberal social injustice BS. These are the big boys that will do as they please unless your man enough to stop them. Cary was so scary, threatening economic consequences. You think Putin give a quack about that. There was a time when what the US said carried great weight. Thanks to Barry and company, those days are gone. Obama's going to have to put up or shut up. I work with a guy from the ukraine. He was in the russian army for 2 years. I'm quite sure he still has family over there. I'm off from work now, but I can't wait to hear what he has to say when I see him.

I'm afraid you're right Tim, and the time may not be that far off when somebody else is gonna take a shot at the 'title'! Same rules apply in 'street politics' you go running yer mouth 'n talking bad and you'd best be able to back it up!
 
This CAN'T be. Pookie warned Putin there would be consequences. I think Pookie had better go on live TV ASAP and draw another red line in the sand somewhere. The last several lines he's drawn keep getting trampled by Putin. Maybe John Kerry will stand at that line in the sand and throw his war medals at the re-immerging evil empire. That'd teach 'em.

What an excellent and on point post.

The people running the show now started out 8 years ago convinced the only reason we were hated overseas was due to not being "nice" enough.

The probably thought Neville Chamberlain was a great PM too.

After their approach being in place two terms these foreign countries still hate us.

Bigger problem is they now have zero respect and zero fear of us.

Meaning for us to do anything about Russia is going to require force and not the mere threat of it.
They all know our Military isn't as strong as it was and that our leaders have no will to act.
 
Well, turns out it was just a 'training exercise' and Putin's called the lads back home.

Apparently Kerry's biting comment to Putin '...this is not Rocky IV...' really hit home! Now the boys in Washington can posture and rub each others dicks about the strength of the US and "don't be doing that shit again or it'll be even worse the next time....' blah blah blah. But my guess is that Putin et al decided the timing just wasn't right to push this any further....yet....or maybe it was a test, :confused2:

Bottom line....the world is not a nice place....you deal from a position of strength or you fold and go home!
