A couple months ago, Mr. Morley did some work on my bike, including tightening the steering to get rid of my decel 45mph wobble. Last night it came back. I jacked up the front today, and the steering was very loose, bouncing back hard and often from the stops when the bars were left to turn on their own. I've tightened it back up, and the wobble is gone for now, but I'm left with a couple of questions.
1) Those who have done this, how often do I need to re-torque this thing? It was originally "fixed" about 2,000 miles ago.
2) I'm okay with doing it with some frequency, because it isn't real hard...but would like to have the proper spanning wrench to do it with. Who knows the part number or an equivalent tool to make this easier. I had to beat the crap out of that thing to get it to turn using a screwdriver, and I'd rather not have to do that again.
Thanks.
