Sure let me know when you are in town, would love to meet up with other Max owners in the area. I will be OCONUS the first part of May though... when will you be in the area?

OCONUS?

I get back May 6th, and stay until June 16th. We have a few in the area - me, Captain Kyle, RichWrench and a few more, plus some in Orlando and St Pete :biglaugh:

Hi, I spent 18 years in medical sales but messed up my back lifting some furniture. Now on Social Security disability. My back is such a mess I am taking morphine for it. But I still ride, can't do a long ride but enjoy a 30 minute or so ride.
My 2006 V Max has a full Kerker header and pipe, is jetted and my condo neighbors just love the sound of me starting it up.
I am working on painting my air intakes now. Tried twice and it looks like crap so i will try a different paint and see if the 3rd time is the charm.
Like others I am married and help out with chores. Also have a pontoon boat and fish in the 450 acre lake behind my house. Biggest bass so far is 12 lbs. Caught and released. And yes I have pictures!

What do you do for a living?

I thought it might be interesting to compare the various jobs VMax owners perform for a living. "I would guess many would be mechanics of some sort".

I'm an Allison Transmission Technician/ Foreman for an Allison distributor. We service and rebuild all Allison transmission's from legacy product to the new Allison Hybrid Electric Drives.

What do you do for a living? :ummm:
