They don't if you keep your steering head bearing properly adjusted and keep a good front tire on it.

I do mine every Spring and have never had a wobble except once when I had a cupped front tire.
I replaced the tire and wobble disappeared.

Mine developed it around 3000 miles. It went away by adjusting the steering stem bearings

Dman hit it right on the nose. Mine had a wobblw when I bought it. I looked at Seans video, tightened up the steering head bearings.....no more wobble.
