If the carburators need to be cleaned, does did need to be done ultrasone? or are there other ways do do this?

Hey all, I am in the middle of doing the shotgun on the carbs. What does everyone use to clean up the a/f screw and spring? Mine has the white chalky looking buildup on it. Also, how can you tell if the end of the screw is damaged from being bottomed out too hard? Thanks.

Need some more advice from this forum. I have just a little corrosion on the valve covers and the case cover. Any suggestions on how to get that cleaned up?

Hey Guys I have access to an 5.5 gal heated ultrasonic cleaner here at work. I am willing to clean anyones carbs that wants it done over the winter. I will not be charging any money but you will send everything you want replaced...gaskets, needles, floats, replace screws w/ cap heads... etc...

My bike runs like shite at low RPM once hot, I plan to shotgun the carbs but want to know if it would be advisable or NOT to pull the airbox and pour Seafoam directly into each carb before trying anything? Pro or cons to doing this? Bike running or not?
