This is what happened to my old lever

It went completly oval at the pivot & there was SEVERE wear where the plunger attached (is there anything you can do to reinforce that?)

I replaced them with a blue anodised set from eBay, massive difference but I only expect them to last a year or two :bang head:

Gary, (turbovmax) ended up finally doing this... once again, I started something I never finished.... and I apologize for that. I'm sure if there are a few guys out there that want this done, Gary will hook you up... not a bad price for everything he has to do.... I might even be interested in getting it done as well....

Gary, I know you have quite a bit going on, but you want some more work?
